Discover the handicraft villages in Chiang Mai, villagers preserve their heritages from generations to generations more than a hundred years; Ban Muang Kung is a populated place in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Asia. The village is a little-known secret of Chiang Mai. It is home to a small community of Thai ceramic artists dedicated to preserving their decades old heritage of producing fine pottery and ceramic arts. This village keep their heritage about clay pottery production. Villagers have high skill to produce many kinds of products use in house or for decoration; Baan San Pasak wood carving village has been known as the major cultural attraction of Chiang Mai. Traditional folk skills and expertise in the ancient art of woodcarving have been passed down through the generations. The best quality of wood carving items can be found in this village. They are known for their craftsmanship in wood carving. Experience local communities by yourselves, and fun to learn how to do a pottery workshop with them.
